Mini Haul: Embryolisse & MAC

So after Lesly and I's modeling agency adventure, we decided to walk down Lincoln Road in South Beach. I wanted to go to the MAC Pro Store and Ricky's NYC. Ever since I saw Kandee Johnson use this powder in her Pocahontas video, which was way over a year ago, I've been dying to get it. It's a loose powder called Golden Bronze. I have my MAC Pro card, but it's not everyday I'm in South Beach to get it since this is a PRO only product. Although, a very similar product is their pressed powder called Gold Deposit which is not a Pro item. But I wanted to wait for Golden Bronze because it has more product, and I rather get my money's worth! This is a beautiful highlighter for darker skin tones. It would also make a beautiful loose eye shadow. Here is a swatch of it below.

Then, at Ricky's NYC I needed to stock up on my Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre Moisturizer since I'm almost out, and this is the only place you can buy it at and I hate paying for shipping and handling if I don't have to. But to my surprise, they had a new Embryolisse item. It's called, Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre Fluide! It's the SAME thing as my current one, but a thinner consistency. The big plus for me was that while my current Concentre has 2.6 ounces ($25), the Fluide has 16.9 ounces ($40)! That's $15 more for about 14 more ounces, and that's a great deal. I love this moisturizer for dry skin types. Every time I use it on a client, I get some remark close to this: "What did you put on my face? My skin feels so soft!" Definitely a kit must have!
