Need inspiration? Need to research?

It's not easy subscribing to every fashion magazine in order to stay up to date with what's new and "in" in the industry! Not only is it expensive subscribing to them all, but after you have, it seems like you are already getting the notice to pay in order to renew your subscription! But we feed on these magazines for inspiration!

Well, thank goodness for the Internet! If you haven't heard of this site already, you must check it out. It's called Fashion Gone Rogue.






It is updated DAILY with every new editorial, runway shows and lookbooks from around the world! Not only do you see the Photos, but you get the name of the model and photographer. Sometimes you will get the name of the hair stylist and makeup artist.








Another great source of information and inspiration is the Fashion Network App. I downloaded it to my iPad and I get every major designer's fashion show for the season. It's like YouTube but for Fashion Shows!







My last great source of information for you is MYfdb aka My Fashion Database. Here you will find hundreds of magazine listings and agency listings. Also, type in a photographers name and you will find a database of ALL the work they have done & include photos; same goes for models, hair stylists, makeup artists, etc.

As an artist you will never stop researching and you will never stop needing inspiration. I hope you get a lot out of these websites and let me know if you find anything you love!
