My brushes just cleaned, without brush guards on.

My clean brushes with brush guards on!
I'm sure many of you have heard of brush guards through YouTube. That's how I learned about them, and I'm so glad I did. I never dry my clean brushes without a brush guard on them. Although, I don't put them on flat brushes.
Every time I get new brushes, I buy another pack of brush guards. I even leave them on my brushes after they have dried to keep their shape. That's what I love about them, my big fluffy brushes don't splay out, instead they remain in the shape you buy them in because the brush guard keeps it intact.
The best part is that they are super inexpensive. I buy the 6 pack variety set at coastal scents for $4.95! They sell other packs though. If you want to read on the history of them and reviews, click here for their homepage.
Just be careful that the brush guard doesn't get pulled back because it will take the brush hairs with it and your brush will look like a head of static cling hair!

I love these things, I need to buy about 1000 more, they really are wonderful
ReplyDeleteLol I know I buy more every couple of months
ReplyDeleteNice! I'd love to have these too lol! Thanks for the tips :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you found it useful!
ReplyDeleteNever heard of this but it is genius!
ReplyDeleteReally? Well I'm glad you know about them now!
ReplyDeleteHumm, I wonder if I can make them, after all i'm really handy with a sewing machine being a lace wigmaster:)
ReplyDeleteWow that would be cool if you could make them! They remind me of Chinese finger traps
ReplyDeleteI love these too! BUT it is LOADS cheaper to buy directly from them than it is to buy through Coastal Scents! [I dislike that company w/ a passion]
ReplyDeleteBuy through their website directly and shipping is way cheaper! It may cost $2 more, but that's way cheaper than CS because shipping is FREE on their main site. Hope that helps!
I had bought it from them but found it cheaper on Coastal Scents, hmmm, don't know but I'll check it out again.
