FOTD: Sept 11, 2011

First off I want to take a moment to remember those fallen from 9/11. I can't believe it has been 10 years. I was in high school, senior year, and I didn't really understand what was happening until I got home. I remember recording the news on a VHS that I can't watch now. 

Today I'm going to Make Up For Ever's Pro Road Show in South Beach and this is my face of the day!

Let's be honest, I do the same eye look ALL the time. I really don't want to waist time doing looks that require more time because my son usually wants my attention while I'm doing my makeup. Even as I type this he is crying for me to pick him up. Light lid, with a brown in the crease. The blended eyeliner I have is just a black eye shadow. 

I didn't feel like using my MAC painterly paint pot because I was lazy, and as you can see in the photos, this is why I prefer the paint pot over Urban Decay's primer potion, it does't cover my red veins like the paint pot does. I have them around the crease and inner corners. 

I am wearing Salma Hayek's Nuance Tinted Moisturizer, MAC's dainty blush, and Sephora lip liner in coffee. 

Oh and here is my little munchkin, smiling through his bobo. I will be so sad when I leave him with his Daddy.
